How do I order online at Pickawood?

Our 3-step configurator makes buying online with us really easy: 1. enter the dimensions of your piece of furniture, 2. select additional options, 3. enter your address and your preferred payment method and your shelves will already be on their way to you! 

Can I also order from Pickawood over the phone?

Yes, it is also possible to order from us over the phone. We will gladly assist you with your order and we accept special requests. We are also happy to answer any questions about ordering your product using our configurator. 

What do I need to know when ordering?

When ordering, make sure that all the details about your product are entered correctly and check your billing and delivery address. 

How do I get the correct measurements for my piece of furniture?

Please measure the height, width and depth of your product exactly. All you need to do now is enter these measurements into the configurator. Keep in mind that there must be enough space from the walls in order to be able move the piece of furniture into place. You should also consider any cables or other movable and immovable parts that could be in the way of the shelf upon installation. 

What do I do if I want to have the products assembled?

It is possible to have the products assembled. We have set up an assembly service for you. This service will incur additional costs. The prices are based on the size of your shelves.

Do Pickawood offer warranties on their products?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. 

How many products can I order online?

You can order as many products as you wish from our website. At the moment, we offer shelves and shelving systems and tables, but more products will also be available soon. 

Is my data safe?

Of course, your data is safe with us. It is only used for the delivery of goods and is not passed on to third parties. 

How do I pay?

At the moment, you can pay by bank transfer (advance payment), credit card or with PayPal. 

Can I change my order after I have already sent it?

Yes, you can. Until payment is made, you can easily make changes to your order with us over the phone or by email. After payment has been made, there could be additional costs depending on the type of change made to the order. 

Can I cancel my order?

Do you do international deliveries?

Yes, we’re happy to send your piece of furniture abroad. However, we ask you to inform us in advance so we can give you details on our delivery costs to your country. You can also see delivery costs directly at the checkout page.

How are the products delivered?

Large pieces of furniture are usually divided into several packages and delivered together. In this way, the weight is distributed and there are no problems during delivery. The delivery is made to your door by a furniture moving company. 

What do I need to know about assembly?

You will receive instructions for assembly with your product. If you follow the steps outlined in the instructions, nothing can go wrong. It’s best if two people assemble the piece together. 

What do I do if screws were not included in the delivery?

All our products undergo a quality check before dispatch, so missing or damaged parts are incredibly rare. However, should this ever happen, you can contact us by telephone or e-mail and we will promptly try to find a solution. 

Where can I make a complaint regarding faulty products?

What do I do if I have forgotten the password for my profile?

You do not need a profile and password with us. Our order process is very simple.
