The living wall is the eye-catcher in every living room and should therefore be optimally matched to the room in terms of size. The material also plays a decisive role and significantly determines the appearance of your living room. Surely you know the problem: commercially available living walls are either too high or too wide, have too few or too many compartments or are simply not really coherent overall. We at Pickawood UK have the optimal solution: You can order custom made living walls from us. The advantage: You get exactly the size that fits your living room interior.

A configuration of your furniture pieces is quite simple with us. You should know the dimensions and how many compartments and doors your wall unit should have. You can then enter this in the configurator and, thanks to the 180-degree view, see at any time what your finished wall unit will look like. By the way, you can approach the configuration at your leisure. Just tell us your e-mail address and we will send you your configuration by e-mail.
You are not sure which type of wood is right for your new living wall? We offer you only high-quality wood from sustainable forestry. You are welcome to order a wood sample to your home without obligation. So that your new wall unit fully meets your wishes, you are also welcome to send us a sketch. Then your wall unit will be made to measure and you can be sure that it will fit exactly in your living room. You are not sure about the measurement? Then rely on our interior design professionals and let them measure your living room. With the help of the latest laser technology, your living room will be measured to the millimeter and you will receive an individual offer from us.
Most of our living walls are made of solid wood. This makes them not only very durable, but also demonstrably improves the living environment. You do not have so much money for a new wall unit at the moment? That's not a problem either: just choose a living wall made of MDF or chipboard, because they are much cheaper than the models made of solid wood.
With us, you not only benefit from competent and free advice, but you can also have your new wall unit assembled by our employees if you wish. Our furnishing consultation in Hamburg is available to you during normal office hours. In Hamburg you will also find our showroom, where you can examine a variety of our products on site and convince yourself of the quality.
If you want to configure an individual bookcase system, you first need to know the dimensions. So, in the first step of the configuration, specify the exact dimensions. Then, in the second step, select how many compartments the living wall should have. Both the size and the position of the compartments you can determine individually. Now enter in the online configurator the places where the doors of your living wall should be. Last but not least, we offer various special configurations that you are welcome to tell us about.
Basically, you are quite free to configure your living wall. So you can place the doors and drawers exactly where you want them. By default, our doors are equipped with the popular soft close function. If you do not like this, you can of course provide the doors and drawers with handles. Here we offer you eight different, modern variants.
We recommend that you equip your new living wall with a sturdy back panel. Please note, however, that the overall depth is then reduced by about two centimeters. For better stability of the living wall, we also offer you a plinth or a wall bracket for an additional charge. The plinth height is seven centimeters; you are welcome to tell us your individual wishes and we will change the height individually. Another additional option, which is chosen by many customers, is the row of holes. This gives you the greatest possible flexibility and allows you to place your shelves exactly where you want them. A baseboard cutout also makes sense, because then you can place your living wall directly on the wall.
Already in the online configurator you can see how long the current delivery time of your new living wall will be approximately. Since it is an individual production, assume at least six weeks. Once your individual library shelf is ready, you will receive an e-mail from us in time and the piece of furniture will be delivered to you free of shipping costs within Germany.
