Shipping costs

Free shipping within Germany (excluding islands), Austria, Switzerland (from 500.00 SFr.) France and the UK is available via the respective webshop. You can view the delivery costs to other European countries in the shopping cart.

Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on the material and product. The current delivery time can be seen in the configurator or in the shopping cart when ordering. For public holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc) or when incorporating special requests in your furniture design, the delivery time may increase by 2-4 weeks.

Delivery areas

Currently, our custom-made furniture is delivered to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & the United Kingdom. Your custom-made piece of furniture will be delivered to the curb (except DEU, AUT, CHE, FRA, LIE, LUX & UK). Each piece of furniture can be easily installed with the help of our construction manuals, which are included with each delivery. 

Delivery to the UK

Pickawood GmbH is registered for tax purposes in the United Kingdom, all import and customs duties are included in the price. Our prices are displayed including UK VAT rates when you are using the UK shop version or select UK as delivery country in the checkout.

Delivery to Switzerland

As Pickawood GmbH is registered for tax purposes in Switzerland, all import and customs duties are already included in the price. In addition, the price is displayed including the Swiss VAT rate when using the swiss shop version or selecting swiss as delivery country in the checkout.

Delivery to Norway and Liechtenstein

The shipping costs already include the costs for the preparation of the export declaration. On delivery, the costs for import, the EDEC fee, import tax clearance and the country-specific VAT must still be paid. The amount of these costs depends on the final weight, the dimensions of the packages and the customs zone.

Frequently asked questions

1. Will my furniture be delivered in one piece?

Your furniture will be delivered securely and safely packed and disassembled into individual parts. Delivery in one piece is not possible for technical reasons. However, each order includes simple assembly instructions. You can also book an assembly service (currently only available in DEU, AUT, CHE, FRA, UK, NLD & BEL) at a later date.

2. Where is my order?

We will inform you about the current status of your order by e-mail. Or you can check the order status on our website.

3. Can I change the delivery address?

No problem, just send us your new delivery address by e-mail.
