Measure yourself without risk! Your order at Pickawood Europe is insured by Signal-Iduna against fitting difficulties. If you notice that the piece of furniture does not fit in the intended place, all alteration costs are covered up to 1,200.00 GBP. Every Pickawood Europe customer benefits from this free service, because the fit warranty is automatically included with every order.
Your new piece of furniture is optimally insured on its way to you. Our transport insurance protects your order from possible damage during transport. If something does happen, we will ensure that it is repaired quickly and at no additional cost to you.
We are confident in the quality of our furniture and therefore offer you a 5-year furniture warranty. This warranty covers any material and manufacturing defects in your custom-made furniture and also applies to fittings. Please note that our warranty excludes damage caused by improper handling, external force, moisture or improper storage.
