3D Closet, Cupboard & Wardrobe Configurator

Plan your custom wardrobe

Define the exterior dimensions

Determine the external dimensions of your wardrobe to the nearest centimetre. Set a height for your wardrobe between 40 cm and 275 cm and a width between 37 cm and 600 cm. Choose a depth between 20 cm and 110 cm.

If you want to plan a custom-made wardrobe or a sloping roof wardrobe ceiling-high and as a built-in wardrobe, we recommend that you keep an assembly distance of 3 cm to the ceiling as well as to one side. If you want to fit your custom wardrobe with sliding doors, an assembly distance of 5 cm to the ceiling and 3 cm to the sides should be maintained.

Please refer to the relevant information concerning required mounting distances under Services & Help -> Measure correctly

Please Note: In construction, the top and bottom shelving panels will be divided if the following dimensions are exceeded: MDF/premium decor chipboard/real wood veneer = 275 cm. During production, we will divide the panels at the most practical point. Please advise if you require a specific division point.

All Pickawood Europe wardrobes are fitted with a back wall panel, so the usable depth is reduced by 2 cm.

Special Requests: If you require shelving with special dimensions or other additional options, please contact our specialist furniture consultants who will be happy to support you in your planning.

Choose the materials

You can select the materials with one click. Choose your desired wardrobe material from 14 premium decors, varnished MDF or real wood veneers. You can choose varnished MDF from over 200 RAL colours.

You can find more information about our materials under Services & Help -> Material.

Adjust the base

You can choose a base height of your wardrobe between 7 cm and 14 cm. The height of the base will be included in the total height of your wardrobe. If you require a skirting board cut-out for your base, this is possible in Step 8 step of the configurator.

Please Note: All Pickawood Europe wardrobes are fitted with height adjusters, which allow you to compensate for unevenness in surfaces of up to 1.5 cm.

Select the columns

Use the slider to plan the number of columns for your sideboard. In the 3D view, each individual column's height and width can be adjusted and determined.

Define the compartments

Use the slider to set the number of compartments. In the 3D view, you can add the required number of compartments for each column. Here, the height and width of the respective compartments can also be adjusted. You can adjust the height of each compartment by holding down the mouse button on the arrows.

Tip: If you would like a flexible shelving option when dividing the compartments, you can select the "Strip with mounting holes" option in the 8th step of the configurator. This allows you to rearrange shelves even after assembly.

Plan the interior

You can add the ideal personalized interior compartment features for your wardrobe by clicking on the desired compartment. If an option is not selectable, the required dimensions of the compartment will be displayed when you move the mouse pointer over it.

Select the doors & drawers

You can fit your wardrobe with drawers and various door types by clicking on the relevant compartment. Please Note: At Pickawood Europe, wardrobes are always fitted with surface-mounted fronts. The material thickness of the fronts is 2cm, which is therefore added to the total depth dimension of your wardrobe. If you choose drawers for your product, the drawers of your wardrobe will be produced with a white finish. The material or colour of the drawer front can be customised here. If you want to fit doors over several vertical compartments, select the desired compartments by holding down the mouse button. After selecting a door or drawer, you can specify both the material and the door handle from our choice of 5 different options.

Tip: Fronts can also be produced in a different material to your wardrobe structure.

Add extra features

Each wardrobe is fitted with a back wall panel and height adjusters a standard. In addition, you have the option to add a skirting board cut-out, a strip with mounting holes and cover strips for a built-in closet for your wardrobe. Wardrobes in detail

Interiors

You can customise your wardrobe according to your individual needs. In Step 6 of the configurator, you can see all available options at a glance. If an interior option is not selectable, the required minimum dimensions will be displayed as soon as you hover over the option. Cabinets with LED lighting, trouser hangers or belt and tie racks can be combined with other interior options.

Handles

Our custom wardrobes can be fitted with a variety of handles and our range of designs are so varied that there is something for everyone. The colour of each handle can also be defined according to your own tastes and preferences.

Clothes rails & garment lifts

If you choose a clothes rail, it will be mounted 7 cm below the top shelf and centred according to the products depth. The garment lift allows you to maximise storage space in higher compartments. The lift can be loaded with up to 8 kg and requires a minimum depth of 54 cm and a column width of 75 cm to 109 cm.

Vertical divisions

With the help of a vertical partition, you can divide existing compartments. This can be useful for creating a compartment for housing ironing boarda, baskets or other household items.

Interior drawers

Our internal drawers are ideal for keeping your wardrobe orderly. They close efficiently and are concealed behind the wardrobe doors. For an internal drawer you need a minimum depth of 42 cm and a column width of 40 cm to 109 cm.

Additional interior options

Our personalised features give extra convenience to your wardrobe. Wireless LED lighting automatically activates when your closet is opened. In addition, you can combine elements such as our trouser hangers and belt or tie racks to ensure your wardrobe serves your specific needs.

Skirting board cut-outs

Most homes are installed with a skirting board making it difficult to place furniture directly against the wall. This is not an issue when selecting our skirting board cut-out in the final step of the configurator. This feature can be planned to the exact centimetre to ensure the perfect fit.

Height adjusters

Our invisible height adjusters are installed in each of our wardrobes free of charge. It allows you to compensate for any unevenness in your flooring up to 1.8 cm.

Fronts

You can plan to integrate doors over several compartments by selecting the desired compartments with the left mouse button pressed. You can choose between single or double doors. We also offer mirrored doors for wardrobes.

Mounting hole strips

A mounting hole strip allows for flexible shelving should your storage needs change at a later date. If you have created specific shelf heights in the configurator, these are no longer applicable. However, some shelves are fixed to guarantee sufficient stability.
