Extendable tables by Pickawood Europe
Our extendable table models are technical masterpieces. You can choose to include one or two extension leaves (see video) and extend the table by up to 100 cm. The extension is easy to operate, as the table has integrated furniture castors that are hidden in the table legs. Our extendable table models can be planned in numerous types of solid wood. Both table models have straight table legs and a straight table edge. The maximum table length is 240 cm plus extension (up to 100 cm).

Design your own
The made-to-measure tables by Pickawood Europe are masterpieces of craftsmanship. The extendable table top of the backdrop table has a handle for user-friendly operation, and in addition, the two table legs on the extendable side are fitted with recessed furniture castors for gliding in and out of the table. To prevent the tabletop from warping due to swelling and shrinkage of the wood, the extendable option also has integrated burr strips.
Thanks to the sliding mechanism, your table can be conveniently extended in three steps: In the first step, the table legs are pulled away from the tabletop with the recessed furniture castors. In the next step, the extension of your table is lifted out of the integrated frame using the handle and folded out. Finally, the table legs are pushed towards the table so that the table and the extension form a single, extended tabletop.
Many customers would like to have the option of extending their table as they wish, in order to be able to sit at the table with several people. On request, we can therefore integrate a extendable option into our Bordeaux and Nice table models. Our competent furnishing consultants will be happy to assist you in planning your extendable table.
You have the choice between one or two extension leaves which, depending on the table length, can be selected in the dimensions 35 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm, 80 cm or 100 cm. The maximum extension length is therefore 100 cm and can be achieved either with one table top or two á 50 cm.
Our extension tables have a so-called butterfly extension. This means that the folded table tops are hidden inside the table and can then be folded out to the side.
We offer the following five types of solid wood for our extendable tables: beech, oak, alder, beech heartwood and ash. These can be selected in natural or white oiled as well as with clear varnish. We also offer other types of wood for our other made-to-measure tables.
We offer 29 table models where you can choose attachable table tops.
