Maple: a noble wood

Your custom made table is created in numerous individual steps. With maple, you are choosing a light wood that appears fragrant and restrained. Like any wood, maple can vary slightly in its light colour. In general, however, its colour is uniform. The border between so-called sapwood and heartwood is not visible. As a matter of principle, Pickawood UK Premium processes wood that has few knotholes. This brings out the grain particularly harmoniously. Fine pores and a homogeneous grain with fine, light brown lines characterise this wood. It is of medium weight and is one of the most valuable precious woods in Europe.
