Your order will be thoroughly checked by one of our colleagues. As each piece of furniture is unique, each configuration is checked by a carpenter or wood technician before production begins. This ensures that every piece of furniture meets our high quality standards.

Your order is transferred to the production preparation department. All production documents such as parts lists and construction plans are created and the order is planned into the production process, depending on the individual number of production steps.

4. quality inspection

Your order will be checked by our quality management. In order to meet our high quality standards, all furniture undergoes a final inspection, in which each order is individually checked on the basis of a standardised checklist. If errors occur during this step, they will be corrected immediately.

As soon as your piece of furniture is ready for shipment, we will inform you by email. In the case of large pieces of furniture, our forwarding agent will also contact you to arrange an appointment. Small pieces of furniture will be sent by normal post.

If you have ordered an installation service for this purpose, our technician will contact you separately.

You will find the assembly instructions enclosed with the goods.

Our tip: Please check your delivery on receipt for external damage to the packaging. We recommend that cracks in the packaging and coarse damage be noted directly in the letter of receipt.

Delivery Time

The delivery time for our furnitures is approximately 9-13 weeks in Countries other than Germany (Germany is 7-11 weeks). Please note that we do not deliver on weekends and public holidays. During Christmas and Easter, the delivery period can increase by 1-2 weeks. If your order includes special requests it can also increase delivery by 2-4 weeks. The delivery time and production begins after payment, unless otherwise agreed, after receipt. If you buy with credit card or PayPal production begins immediately.

Please note that we do not deliver on weekends and holidays.

Further countries:  Shipping costs depend on the size of the piece of furniture and are displayed in the cart.
   
   
   

Notes for shipment to Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein

The shipping costs for the above-mentioned countries include the transport and the creation of the export declaration. The following items must be paid by the recipient directly on delivery to the supplier. The amount of these costs depends on the final weight, dimensions of the packages and the customs zone and can therefore not be calculated by us before ordering.

Shipping Partners

In Germany, Austria and Switzerland we send our furniture with DHL. In other countries with DHL or DB Schenker. Exact delivery dates you will agree with shipping company.

Delivery within Germany takes place in the 2-man handling service to your apartment in the room where your furniture is to be placed.
