Unfortunately, trading legally and supplying direct shipping of bulky goods to end customers has been impossible until recently with the introduction of new legislation and a new customs landscape causing dramatic delays.
The good news is that we have now received all authorization from HM Revenues & Customs and the UK tax authorities and after some hard work to adapt and comply with these new conditions and procedures, we have been able to take the necessary steps to resume UK shipping with the help of our trusted shipping partners.
As an organization that acts with transparency and honesty, we feel the need to inform our UK-based customers that the new customs landscape we face is still in its infancy and that unfortunately, as a result, unforeseen delays to deliveries might yet occur. We are at this stage unable to guarantee the displayed delivery times that we have advertised but we can promise we are doing all we can to ensure such disruptions to deliveries are reducing in the future.
